GoToWebinar + Paminga: The Same Event Motion, A Different Platform
Paminga's GoToWebinar integration does for GoToWebinar what we did for Zoom — sync your webinars as Events, organize them in the Finder with Tokens, run the full registration and follow-up motion from Paminga.
If your team runs on GoToWebinar instead of Zoom, the integration patterns are identical. Authorize once, GoToWebinar webinars sync into Paminga as Events, and the rest of the Paminga motion clicks into place.
What Syncs
- GoToWebinar webinars become Events in Paminga, synced automatically
- Registrants flow both directions — register through a Paminga form, the contact lands in GoToWebinar
- Attendees sync back to Paminga after the webinar ends
- Folder Tokens expose event properties (name, date, registration URL) for use in every related asset
Same model as the Zoom integration. Same Finder pattern. Same Drip Series + reminder + follow-up playbook.
The Recommended Folder Pattern
Create a Folder in the Finder for each event. Inside it, build:
- Invitation Drip Series — emails that urge contacts to register, with a Goal that moves registrants to the reminder series automatically
- Event Registration form — using the Event Registration element tied to the specific event
- Landing page — hosts the form, all values personalized via Folder Tokens
- Confirmation email — fires on registration
- Reminder Drip Series — for registrants
- Post-event emails — separate paths for Attendees, Registered-Did-Not-Attend, and Never-Registered
Clone the Folder for your next event. Update the Token values. Ship.
CTAs and Event Listings on Your Website
Drop an Event Listings composition into any CTA or Landing Page to surface upcoming events automatically — filtered by category, date, or specific event selection. As new webinars sync from GoToWebinar, your event listings update on their own.
Why This Belongs in Your MAP
Most "webinar tools" run as isolated islands — registration in one tool, follow-up in another, attribution nowhere. The integration brings the whole motion into Paminga's surface:
- The same Segment Builder conditions ("registered for X but didn't attend") that drive every other Paminga audience
- The same Action Sets for triggering follow-up downstream
- The same attribution data flowing into your dashboards
❌ Don't run your webinar motion off five disconnected tools and a spreadsheet.
✅ Do let GoToWebinar handle the webinar tech and let Paminga handle every layer around it.
