IFS CRM: Marketing Automation Meets Enterprise ERP
Paminga is the only marketing automation platform partnered with IFS. The IFS CRM integration brings the full IFS object model into Paminga — and lets you create IFS Cases, Contacts, Leads, and Tasks directly from Paminga Actions.
If your business runs on IFS, you've probably looked at the major North American marketing automation platforms and watched every one of them shrug at "can you sync to IFS?" The answer was always Zapier, Workato, or a custom integration.
Until now. Paminga and IFS shipped a real partnership.
What the Integration Includes
The standard CRM-integration model in Paminga, applied to IFS:
- Bi-directional sync of Contacts, Accounts, Leads, and the related objects you care about
- Field mapping — full control over which fields move which direction
- Sync errors surface in Paminga with the same UX you'd see for Salesforce or Dynamics
- Sync selected objects, selected records, and selected fields — keep noise out of Paminga and Paminga noise out of IFS
If you've worked with Paminga's Salesforce or Dynamics integration, you already know the model. IFS sits in the same slot.
IFS Actions in Paminga
This is where it gets interesting. The integration exposes IFS Actions that you can trigger from anywhere Actions run in Paminga — Workflows, Drip Series, Action Sets, Goals, Conditional Actions on form submissions, the works:
- Create IFS Contacts — create the Contact (and Account, if needed) directly in IFS
- Create IFS Cases — open a Case in IFS when a marketing event qualifies for it
- Create IFS Leads — push qualified leads into IFS without copy/paste
- Create IFS Tasks — assign a task to a sales rep when a contact crosses a threshold
These work alongside the standard Paminga Actions. Mix and match.
The Partnership Matters
Most "CRM integrations" from marketing platforms are shallow — sync some fields, hope for the best. Paminga and IFS built this together. The result is the same depth of integration our customers expect from our Salesforce and Dynamics work, on an ERP that the rest of the MAP market doesn't touch.
If your company runs on IFS, marketing automation just got first-class.
