LinkedIn Lead Forms: From Ad Click to Action Set

When you connect Paminga to LinkedIn, every Lead Gen Form on every Ad Account you manage is discovered automatically — and each submission creates or updates a Contact, fires a per-form Action Set, and lands in your reporting like any other Paminga form.

If you're running B2B paid social, LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms are likely your highest-intent inbound. The integration makes them act like any other Paminga lead source — no Zapier middleware, no spreadsheet exports, no copy/paste.

What Happens When You Connect

Once Paminga is connected to LinkedIn:

  • Every Lead Gen Form on every Ad Account you're authorized to manage is auto-discovered
  • Each appears in the Third-Party Forms table in Paminga
  • Each is ready to receive submissions and fire automation

You don't have to wire anything up form-by-form. The integration finds them for you.

Field Mapping

Paminga automatically maps the LinkedIn standard fields you'd expect — first name, email, job title, etc.

For any field LinkedIn passes that you'd like to handle differently, you can:

  • Alter the default mapping
  • Map to one of your Custom Fields
  • Leave a field unmapped if you don't need it

Same UX you'd expect from any third-party form in Paminga.

The Best Part: Trigger an Action Set

This is where it stops being "an integration that creates contacts" and starts being "an integration that runs your motion."

For each LinkedIn Lead Form, you pick an Action Set. Every time the form is submitted, that Action Set runs — Global Actions for everyone, Conditional Actions branching on contact attributes, lead score, custom fields, anything.

If you've read my Action Sets post, this should feel familiar:

  • One Action Set per form — your Demo Request form fires a different motion than your Whitepaper form
  • Conditional branches inside the Action Set — Enterprise vs. SMB, target account vs. not, anything you can put in a Segment
  • Same Action Set library as your Calendly, Zapier, and Form Builder triggers — write once, reuse everywhere

❌ Don't pay a Zapier subscription to move LinkedIn leads into your MAP.
✅ Do let the native integration discover the forms and fire your existing Action Sets.

Contact Resolution

When a Lead Form is submitted, Paminga looks up the Contact by the email LinkedIn passed:

  • Match found — mapped fields update with the new values
  • No match — a new Contact is created

You don't have to choose. The Action Set runs either way.

More Than Just Lead Forms

The LinkedIn integration also covers:

  • Scheduling social posts — on-demand or scheduled, with multi-image, video, emoji, and the built-in URL shortener + UTM Tag Generator
  • Social Page Overview dashboard — real-time metrics pulled directly from LinkedIn

Worth knowing about, but the Lead Forms piece is what closes the loop on paid social.

Get Started

  1. Open the Integrations page in Paminga and connect to LinkedIn
  2. Find your auto-discovered Lead Forms in Third-Party Forms
  3. Map any non-standard fields
  4. Pick an Action Set for each form
