The New Email Builder: Drag & Drop, Brand Kit-Driven, Built Like the Rest of Paminga

Paminga's new drag & drop Email Builder is rolling out broadly — built on the same foundation as Paminga's Form Builder, CTA Builder, and Landing Page Builder.

If you've used the CTA Builder, you already know how this one works. Same drag and drop. Same Section / Row / Element model. Same right-panel controls. The consistency lowers your learning curve and the same skills carry across every asset type you build in Paminga.

Styled By Your Brand Kit

Your emails' styles adhere to your chosen Brand Kit. Typography, colors, button styling — all driven from the Kit, all applied automatically.

Override at the individual-email level whenever you need to. The Brand Kit is the default; the email is the canvas.

Dynamic Content, Experiences & Personalization

  • Conditionally display entire Sections based on audience conditions
  • Personas — serve completely different content to different audience segments within the same email (not just show/hide)
  • Personalize subject lines, from/reply-to info, CRM field values, and marketing campaign tokens — all without leaving the builder

Attachments — With Caveats

You can add multiple attachments to your emails. A few things to keep in mind, because attachments are not always the right call:

  • Adding attachments to mass emails can impact deliverability
  • You can't track interactions with attached files. If engagement matters, link to the file instead
  • Email clients limit attachment size and count

❌ Don't attach a PDF when you want to know who opened it.
✅ Do link to a hosted version (Paminga's File Manager is right there) and get full click tracking.

Template Library

Save Elements, Rows, and entire Sections to your Template Library. Reuse them anytime. The same Template Library spans every builder, so a Section you save in an Email can be reused in a Landing Page or CTA.

Transactional Emails

The Email Builder supports both single-recipient transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping notifications) and mass transactional emails — for things like terms-of-service changes, maintenance notifications, system status updates.

Not for Marketing Emails

Transactional sends ignore unsubscribes. Don't abuse that. Sending marketing email as transactional generates spam reports, damages your domain reputation, and violates Paminga's terms of service.

Internationalization, Autosave, Undo/Redo

The rest of the foundation works exactly like the other builders:

  • Internationalization — send emails to recipients in their preferred language
  • Autosave — on by default
  • Undo / Redocmd+z / cmd+y on Mac, ctrl+z / ctrl+y on Windows

Get Started

  1. Open Marketing Center → Emails and create a new email — the new builder opens by default
  2. Pick (or confirm) the Brand Kit that should style this email
  3. Drop a Section, then Rows and Elements — same model as every other builder
  4. Personalize, add Experiences, publish
