- Bring Paminga email templates into Outlook. Compose normally, or drop in a template you built in Paminga and edit as needed.
- Automatic open and click tracking. Every link gets rewritten with per-recipient tracking. Send the email, see the engagement.
- Notify-on-click. Opt in to receive an email the moment a recipient clicks — with the email name and timestamp included.
The result: sales follow-ups carry the same visibility as marketing sends, without your team having to think about it.
Install in Under a Minute
- Download the Paminga Add-in manifest file
- Open the Add-ins dialog in Outlook
- Select My add-ins → Custom Add-ins → Add a custom Add-in → Add from file
- Pick the manifest you just downloaded and click Install
That's it. Compose your next email and the Paminga controls are right there.
One Detail Worth Knowing
❌ Don't CC or BCC on a tracked send.
✅ Do send tracked emails one recipient at a time.
Each trackable link is customized per recipient — that's what gives you per-person open and click data. Sending to multiple people on a single tracked send breaks that contract. If you need to email a group, send marketing email from Paminga the usual way.
