Release Notes February 13, 2026

Highlights from this release include new Segment Builder capabilities, Workflow Builder progress, and more.

Segment Builder

• Added the ability to segment on dates a contact was unsubscribed, resubscribed, bounced, or unbounced.
• Added a new date condition operator to qualify contacts whose date field falls between a start and end date.
• Added the ability to use numeric conditions (greater than, less than, etc.) with the "Account Revenue" field.
• Added an "Is Empty" option for dropdown and multi-select dropdown field conditions.

Branching Workflows

• Added the ability to clone a node into the workflow directly below itself.
• Enhanced the ability to view node settings while in stats mode.
• Enhanced processing speed and control when routing contacts through A/B nodes.

Other Changes

• Added the "Customer Journey" activity stream filter as a tab on the contact activity stream and CRM iFrames.
• Raised the limit of a text area contact custom field from 1,024 characters to approximately 65,535 characters.
• "Lead Scoring Threshold Met" activity stream entries now display even if the threshold or scoring ruleset has been deleted.
• Activity stream entries now display whether the activity was triggered by an action, including what the action belongs to.
• Fixed an issue where a related action set's activity stream entries did not identify the specific contact import or similar event that triggered the action set.
