Revision History Across Every Builder
Revision History is now available in the Form Builder, Email Builder, Landing Page Builder, CTA Builder, and Brand Kits — review prior revisions, preview them, clone from any of them, or restore a draft.
Every team has a story about an asset that was perfect last Tuesday, got "improved" on Wednesday, and shipped on Thursday looking nothing like the version that worked.
Revision History is the answer. Every published change is captured. Every prior version is one click away.
What You Can Do With a Revision
For any past revision of an asset, you can:
- Review what it looked like at that point in time
- Preview the revision the way a contact would have seen it
- Clone from the revision — spin up a new draft based on it without overwriting anything
- Restore as draft — bring that revision back as the active draft, then republish when you're ready
The flow is the same in every builder. Open the asset, find the Revision History control, pick the revision you want.
Why It's Per-Builder, Not Per-Asset-Type
Revision History lives inside the builder for each asset. Same model, five surfaces:
- Form Builder
- Email Builder
- Landing Page Builder
- CTA Builder
- Brand Kit Builder
That last one matters more than it sounds. Brand Kits drive styling and defaults across all your other assets. If a Brand Kit change inadvertently breaks something downstream, you can preview an earlier revision, restore it as a draft, and republish — same as any other asset.
A Few Real Playbooks
❌ Don't keep a "backup Form copy" folder in the Finder.
✅ Do trust Revision History, and use a clean Finder.
Concrete moves this unlocks:
- A/B-tested a CTA, kept the loser around just in case. Don't. Clone from the prior revision if you ever need it back.
- Reused last quarter's webinar email shape. Clone from the revision that worked, swap content, ship.
- Brand Kit experiment broke something. Restore the prior revision as a draft, fix forward, republish.
Get Started
- Open any Form, Email, Landing Page, CTA, or Brand Kit
- Find the Revision History control in the builder
- Pick a prior revision and try Preview, Clone, or Restore
This is one of those features you don't appreciate until the first time it saves you. Then you can't imagine working without it.
