We've improved the contact export experience in multiple ways:
You can now create leads in your connected CRM platform when importing records from a .csv file!
One common use case for this is the .csv file you get from scanning badges at a conference or other event.
Let's end the year with three new Actions in the Form Builder:
Slack Notifications, Zapier Triggers, and Webhooks!
Each of these Actions may be triggered globally (every time your form is submitted) or conditionally (only when the prospect or their form submission meets additional conditions of your choosing).
While we focus on some major improvements (new Email and Workflow Builders), we continually improve experiences across the platform.

The new form builder now supports uploading/attaching files!
Preference Center Forms let your contacts manage their own subscriptions — opt in and out of specific content categories without unsubscribing from all your email.
By popular demand (aka a feature request), you now have the ability to pause lead scoring for any lead/contact.
Multi-Page Forms let you break a long form into as many pages as you need — and route prospects to specific pages based on what they've already entered.
Mass Transactional Emails let you send important, non-marketing communications — privacy policy changes, terms of service updates, maintenance windows, system status — to every relevant Contact, bypassing their marketing unsubscribe status.
A new automation type is now available to you: Sunset Contacts.
A "Sunset Contacts" Automation may be used to mass-sunset leads/contacts that meet conditions of your choosing.
Sunsetting prevents unengaged leads/contacts from qualifying for, or being sent, any marketing emails.
