Workato Connector: Trigger Action Sets From Anywhere

Paminga's Workato Connector lets any Workato Recipe trigger a Paminga Action Set — full Global and Conditional Action power, mapped from whatever fields your Workato trigger provides.

Workato customers ask one specific question of every tool in their stack: "Does it have a connector?" For Paminga, the answer is now yes — and the integration uses the same model that makes Zapier Action Sets and our LinkedIn Lead Forms integration so powerful.

What the Connector Does

Trigger a Paminga Action Set from any Workato Recipe. The Action Set runs:

  • Global Actions — fire every time, for every contact
  • Conditional Actions — fire only when the contact matches conditions you define

Same Action Set library as your forms, your Calendly hooks, your Zapier integrations. Build once, reuse anywhere a trigger fires.

Pick an Action Set

Once the Paminga Connector is installed in Workato, a drop-down in the Workato action settings lets you pick the Paminga Action Set to trigger. The list is sorted alphabetically, so naming matters.

Map Workato Trigger Fields → Paminga Fields

The connector exposes your Paminga fields in three categories. Map any field from your Workato trigger, skip any field you don't need, hard-code values where useful:

Common Contact Fields

  • Email Address (the only required field)
  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Job Title
  • Work Phone Number
  • Company/Account Name

Contact Standard Fields

The rest of Paminga's writable standard fields, alphabetized.

Contact Custom Fields

Every Custom Field on your Contact model, alphabetized.

Anything you can store on a Contact is mappable.

Why This Matters

Workato is where many enterprise B2B teams already orchestrate integrations across their stack. Adding Paminga as a connector means the marketing layer becomes a first-class citizen — the same Workato Recipe that updates Salesforce can fire a Paminga Action Set in the same step.

❌ Don't build separate Workato Recipes for "do the CRM thing" and "do the marketing thing."
✅ Do let a single Recipe call both — Workato handles the orchestration, Paminga handles the marketing automation.

Get Started

  1. Add the Paminga Connector in Workato from the docs link
  2. Create or pick the Action Set you want this Recipe to trigger
  3. In Workato, drop the Paminga action into your Recipe, pick the Action Set, map fields
