Paminga's Zoom integration is a complete solution for driving registration, attendance, and engagement around your digital events — sync webinars as Events, organize them in the Finder with Tokens, and let the rest of the platform do the marketing.

Webinars are still one of the highest-intent inbound channels in B2B. The problem is the orchestration — invitation emails, registration forms, reminders, day-of confirmations, post-event follow-up for attendees and no-shows. The Zoom integration collapses all of that into the regular Paminga motion.

How It Works

Authorize Paminga to access Zoom and:

  • Webinars in Zoom become Events in Paminga, synced automatically
  • Registrants and Attendees sync both directions — register through a Paminga form, the contact lands in Zoom; attend the webinar, the attendance lands in Paminga
  • Finder Folders keep every related asset (invitation emails, reminder Drip Series, registration form, landing page, follow-up emails) together in one place
  • Folder Tokens expose your event's name, dates, registration URL, location, and more — drop them into your assets and never type the event name twice

That last part matters more than it sounds. Edit the event's date once, every email and landing page updates automatically.

The Full Motion in One Folder

The recommended pattern (described in detail in the docs) builds a complete event motion inside one Finder folder:

  • Invitation Drip Series — send emails that urge contacts to register, with a Goal that moves contacts to the reminder series the moment they register
  • CTAs on your websiteEvent Listings auto-update as new events sync from Zoom, no manual maintenance
  • Registration form — uses the Event Registration element to tie submissions to a specific event
  • Landing page — hosts the form, all personalized via Folder Tokens
  • Confirmation email — fires on registration, again personalized via Tokens
  • Reminder Drip Series — for registrants who haven't attended yet
  • Post-event emails — separate paths for Attendees, Registered-Did-Not-Attend, and Never-Registered

That's the whole motion. Same Finder folder. Same Tokens. Clone the folder for the next event, update the Token values, ship.

Why Tokens Change the Game

Without Tokens, every email and landing page is a separate copy-paste job:

❌ Don't type "Q3 Product Webinar" into 14 emails and 3 landing pages.
✅ Do use the event-name Folder Token. If the event gets renamed, every asset updates.

The savings compound across every event you run.

What Syncs and How Often

  • New webinars — sync within ~15 minutes of creation in Zoom
  • Updates to existing webinars — sync within ~15 minutes
  • Registrations — sync within ~5 minutes of form submission
  • Attendees — sync within ~30 minutes after the webinar ends

Zoom Webinars only (not standard Zoom Meetings). One Zoom account per Paminga account today.

Disconnecting Doesn't Kill Your Data

If you disconnect Paminga from Zoom:

  • All historical Events, registrants, and attendees stay in Paminga
  • New Zoom webinars stop syncing
  • Your Zoom account is unaffected

Reconnecting picks up where it left off.
