Enrich with Apollo
When this Action fires, Paminga asks Apollo to match the contact and writes whatever Apollo knows into the fields in your Apollo field mapping: the person's title, location, and social profiles, and their employer's website, size, revenue, industry, and more, on the contact's Account.
It requires a connected Apollo integration and a saved field mapping.
How Apollo Matches a Contact
Paminga sends Apollo the contact's email address, first and last name, and LinkedIn URL, whichever it has, along with the company name to tell two people with the same name apart. A contact with none of those is skipped before it costs anything.
Paminga only writes a match whose email address is the contact's own. A near miss never lands another person's data on your contact.
Settings
The Action has two settings. Which fields Apollo may write is not one of them; that's the field mapping, set once for your account.
Reveal Phone Numbers
Off by default. When on, Apollo reveals the contact's mobile and direct work numbers. Apollo delivers them a few minutes after the enrichment and charges additional credits for the reveal. One reveal returns both numbers.
For the numbers to land, Mobile Phone and Work Phone must be mapped in your field mapping. They're off by default, so turn them on before you ask for reveals.
Replace Values the Contact Already Has
Off by default, so Apollo fills only empty fields and never touches a value that's already there. Turn it on when you want Apollo's data to win, for a cleanup of stale records, say.
What It Costs
Every contact Apollo matches spends Apollo credits. Revealing phone numbers spends more. Paminga never retries a paid call on its own, so a hiccup never double-charges you.
Where You Can Trigger It
Like all Paminga Actions, this one is available everywhere Actions are: form submissions, CSV imports, Apollo imports, workflows, Action Sets, and more, including as a Conditional Action, so you can enrich only the contacts worth the credits.
Enriching One Contact on Demand
You don't need an automation to enrich a single contact. Open the contact's Contact Details page and choose Enrich with Apollo from the Actions menu. The same two settings apply, and Paminga reminds you that it consumes Apollo credits before you confirm.
Seeing What Changed
Every contact Apollo writes to gets an "Enriched with Apollo" entry in its Activity Stream naming the fields that were filled in and what triggered the enrichment, and an entry under Data Enrichment → History with the values before and after. An enrichment that found nothing new leaves no entry in either place.
