Sales
Not every team runs a separate CRM. When your Paminga account has no CRM integration connected, the Sales menu in the top navigation gives your team a place to track deals and the follow-up work behind them, right next to the marketing data that produced them.
- Opportunities track deals against your Accounts, with a type, a stage, an owner, amounts, close dates, and the Contacts involved.
- Tasks are follow-up items assigned to a Paminga user and tied to a Contact.
Because Tasks live in Paminga, your automations can create them: the Create Tasks Action queues follow-up work for your team automatically.
Who Sees the Sales Menu
The Sales menu appears when your Paminga account has no CRM integration connected — no Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SugarCRM, or other CRM integration. Once you connect a CRM, deals and tasks belong in that CRM, and Paminga hides the Sales menu so your team has one source of truth.
Configuring Sales
The stages, types, Contact Roles, and Lost Reasons your Opportunities use are defined once, account-wide, in Sales Properties.
