AI Settings
Paminga IQ is in beta. It may not be turned on for your account yet. To request access, contact Paminga Support.
AI Settings is where Paminga IQ — the AI built into Paminga — is switched on for your account, and where you keep an eye on what it costs and how it behaves.
One switch turns it on everywhere. From there, this page shows your credit balance, lets you decide what happens when credits run out, lists every AI call your team has made, and lets you shape the guidance Paminga IQ's classification agents follow.
Your ability to access account settings may depend on the permissions set up by your organization.
To get here, open Account Settings and select AI Settings in the left-hand menu.
The page has three tabs, in the upper right: Settings, Agents, and Usage. Agents and Usage appear once Paminga IQ is on.
Turning On Paminga IQ
The Paminga IQ card holds a single On / Off switch. When it's on, AI-powered features are available throughout Paminga.
That includes, among others:
- Build with AI when you create an Email, Form, Landing Page, or CTA (for users with permission to use AI features)
- Create with AI for Marketing Campaigns, and Create a Workflow with AI
- Templates, your own library of saved assets for AI to build from
- The Brand Voice Agent and ICPs tabs under Settings › Brands
Turn it off and those entry points disappear. Nothing you've already built is removed.
AI Credits
Paminga IQ runs on credits. With Paminga IQ on, the Settings tab shows an AI Credits card.
Current Balance is the number of credits you have left. It turns red when the balance reaches zero.
Buying Credits
Click Buy More Credits to open the purchase dialog. Choose 1,000, 5,000, 10,000, or 25,000 credits, or Custom to enter your own amount. The dialog shows the cost before you confirm.
Credits are added immediately, and the charge appears on your next invoice.
Buying credits and editing the credit settings below both require permission to manage AI features. Without it, Buy More Credits is disabled (hover it for a note to contact your account manager) and the settings are shown read-only. See Permissions.
Credit Refresh Settings
These settings decide what happens as your balance runs down.
| Setting | What it does |
|---|---|
| When balance hits zero | Block (stop AI usage) halts AI features until you add credits. Auto-recharge tops your balance up automatically. |
| Auto-recharge threshold | Shown with Auto-recharge. Recharge when the balance drops below this number of credits. |
| Auto-recharge amount | Shown with Auto-recharge. The number of credits added on each recharge. |
| Monthly spend cap | Shown with Auto-recharge. Optional. Leave it blank for no cap. |
| Low-balance alert threshold | Required. The balance at which an alert goes out. |
| Low-balance alert recipients | The Paminga users who receive that alert. |
Click Save Settings to apply your changes.
Block is the conservative choice: AI stops rather than spends. Auto-recharge suits teams that build with AI every day and would rather not discover an empty balance mid-campaign. The monthly cap keeps it from running away.
Usage
The Usage tab lists every call your account has made to Paminga IQ: the Usage Type (which feature made the call), when it happened and who triggered it (Created), and the Credits it cost. Newest calls are listed first.
Use it to see where your credits are going, and who is using them.
Agents
Some Paminga IQ agents make judgment calls on your behalf, such as matching a company to one of your ICPs or a contact to one of your Personas. The Agents tab lists the agents whose guidance you can shape, with what each one does, which version of its guidance is in use, and when it was last changed.
Which agents you see depends on the features your account uses. The two you're most likely to see are:
- Account ICP Classifier, used by the ICP Classification Agent action
- Contact Persona Classifier, used by the Persona Classification Agent action
The Guidance column reads Paminga default until your account saves guidance of its own. After that it shows the version in use.
Editing an Agent's Guidance
Click an agent's name to open its guidance page. You'll see everything the agent reads, in the order it reads it. Parts Paminga owns are labelled Fixed; click Show to read them. Your Guidance is the part you edit.
This is where your team's judgment goes: how to treat a borderline company, which Persona to prefer when two of them fit, anything particular to how you go to market.
Edit the guidance, then click Save. A dialog confirms what changed and lets you add a note (What changed?). New results use the saved guidance from then on. Results the agent has already produced do not change.
Discard changes throws away your unsaved edits.
History
Click History to see every version of the guidance that has been in use, who saved it, and what changed. You can restore an earlier version from there.
Write guidance the way you'd brief a new colleague: plain sentences, concrete examples, and the reason behind each rule. The agent reads it literally.
Editing guidance requires the same permission to manage AI features as buying credits.
