Dynamics Field Mappings
Once your Dynamics account is connected you will be able to map all Lead, Contact & Account Custom fields within your CRM to standard and custom fields within your Paminga account.
Access Your Field Mappings Page
To access your mappings, navigate to your user in the top right corner, hover your Dynamics Settings and then Field Mappings.
There will be three different mappings to choose from:
- Account Mappings
- Contact Mappings
- Lead Mappings

Once loaded you will be presented with mappings, that are dynmically pulled from your CRM.
Notice that each of these are seperated by a tab, in which you can view the Fields for each Object.

Setting Your Field Mappings

For each object the page will present:
- CRM Field: All Custom and Standard fields within your CRM
- Paminga Field: Select whichever Standard or Custom field you want to map your field to within Paminga. Easily create a new field on the fly, by selecting the + icon. Paminga already know which field type this associated field is within your CRM, taking the guessing game out of creation!;
- Sync down to Paminga from Dynamics: Check this checkbox if you would like this field to sync to your Paminga acocunt during the hourly down syncs
- Sync up from Paminga to Dynamics: Check this checkbox if you would like this field to sync to your CRM from Paminga during a selected upsync
There may be a large number of fields in your CRM. If you do not require visbility of all fields and want to only view mapped fields, select the checkbox in the top right corner "Show Only Mapped Fields".

Creating a New Field
Via the CRM Field Mappings Page you have the ability to create and map fields form your CRM on the fly.
On the right hand side of each field, you will find a + icon. Selection of this icon allows you to create a new custom field in Paminga to map your CRM field to.

Upon selection a drawer will appear on the right hand side of the screen to create your new field. You will see that Paminga has already selected the field type for the custom field, and auto-populated a name based on the Dynamics field. This can be updated if needed.

Once the field is created it will automatically be mapped. Make sure to select the directions in which this field should sync- from Dynamics to Paminga, from Paminga to Dynamics, or both!
