Campaign Members
The Create or Update a Spiro Campaign Member action adds the triggering contact to a Marketing Campaign. When that campaign is synced to Spiro, the contact is also added to its linked Spiro Campaign — membership additions and updates flow into Spiro automatically. Removals don't; deletes never propagate.
How It Works
- Pick the Marketing Campaign in the action config.
- When the action fires, the contact becomes a member of that campaign in Paminga.
- If the campaign is synced to Spiro (Campaigns and Campaign Members enabled in your sync settings), the contact is pushed into the linked Spiro Campaign as well. A contact that doesn't exist in Spiro yet is created on the way.
Contacts who are already members are updated rather than duplicated — the action is safe to trigger repeatedly.
Removing a contact from the campaign in Paminga doesn't remove them from the Spiro Campaign. On every sync — full or the hourly incremental — a linked campaign's membership is reconciled from Spiro: Spiro's member list is the source of truth.
Member Field Values
You can set values for Campaign Member custom fields as part of the action. Existing members have their field values updated per your selections, which makes this a clean way to stamp members with source, status, or scoring data as they arrive.
