Create Opportunities

The Create Spiro Opportunity action creates an opportunity in Spiro — attached to the triggering contact's company — whenever it fires. High-intent form submitted? Score threshold crossed? An opportunity lands in the right pipeline before a rep has touched anything.

Configuring the Action

  • Name — the opportunity's name as it will appear in Spiro. Paminga appends a unique numeric suffix so repeated triggers never collide.
  • Description — carried onto the opportunity exactly as entered, in both Spiro and the matching Paminga record.
  • Pipeline and Opportunity Stage — pick the pipeline first; the stage list updates to that pipeline's own stages, pulled live from your Spiro settings.
  • Amount — the opportunity's value.
  • Potential Close Date — day of creation, or 30, 60, or 90 days out.
  • Owner — optional. Leave it unset and Spiro applies its default ownership.

Custom Field Values

You can set values for Spiro opportunity custom fields on each opportunity the action creates. Add as many field/value pairs as you like.

A value is only sent if its field is also mapped with Sync to Spiro enabled on the Opportunity mappings tab — mappings stay the single source of truth for what Paminga may write.

What Happens in Paminga

The action doesn't just write to Spiro. Paminga creates a matching local opportunity, links it to the contact, and records the relationship — so your opportunity reporting and segmentation see it immediately, and the two records stay tied together in future syncs.

If the contact's company doesn't exist in Spiro yet, it's created and linked as part of the same run.
