Create Reminders
The Create Spiro Reminders action schedules one or more reminders in Spiro when it fires. A hot form submission at 2pm becomes a rep's follow-up reminder for tomorrow morning — no one has to remember to create it.
Configuring the Action
Each reminder has:
- Reminder — the reminder text, plus an optional Description.
- Reminder Date — relative to when the reminder is created: same day, next day, 2 days out, and so on. Creating a cadence? Add multiple reminders and space the dates out.
Add as many reminders as you like with Add Another Reminder — each with its own text and date.
Who Gets the Reminder
Reminders are assigned to the Contact Owner — the Spiro user who owns the triggering contact.
Because a contact may have no owner (or an owner with no matching Spiro user), you also choose a Fallback Reminder Owner. The fallback must be a Paminga user who's linked to a Spiro user — the picker only offers users who qualify.
