Zapier
Zapier is a third party service that connects Paminga with 1,000's of apps.
Triggers
You can send a Zapier Trigger whenever one of your Paminga Forms is submitted.
This allows you to connect Paminga form submissions to 1,000's of 3rd party apps.
Zapier Action Sets
Zapier Action Sets allow you to trigger any number of Paminga's Actions Globally and/or Conditionally whenever a Zap is received from Zapier.
Zapier Action Set

Create a Zapier Action Set
Create a "Zapier Action Set" in Paminga. When doing so, you'll choose Global and Conditional Actions you'd like Paminga to execute when this Zap is received by Paminga.
Setup Your Zapier Action
Once you've created one or more Zapier Action Sets in Paminga, it's time to send Zaps to them from Zapier.
-
Setup whatever Zapier Trigger you wish to use.
-
Choose Paminga as a Step following your Trigger.
You'll find only one "Action Event" is available in Paminga's Zapier app: "Execute a Zapier Action Set".
- Choose the "Execute a Zapier Action Set" Action Event
- Select an Account
- Click Continue

- On the "Configure" tab you need to:
- Choose the "Zapier Action Set" that you'd like Paminga to execute when this Zap is received.
- Map Fields from Zapier into Paminga:
- A contact will be created or updated in Paminga when this Zap is received. Paminga matches contacts by email address.
- Contact fields in Paminga may be populated:
- Dynamically: by mapping Trigger fields to Paminga fields (like the Email Address field below)
- Statically: by "hard coding" a value for any Paminga field (like the First & Last Name fields below)

- You may test your Zap as you wish.
When a Zap is triggered in Zapier and received by Paminga, the Global and/or Conditional Actions in your chosen Zapier Action Set will be executed in Paminga.
