Actions

The Actions step is where you build out the sequence of emails and text messages your Drip Series will send. Add as many messages as you need — there is no cap.

Messages are listed in the order they'll send. The first message is configured first; each additional message gets its own send date, time, and content.

Add Your First Message

Click Add Your First Message to get started.

From there:

1. Set the send date and time. This is when the message will go out to contacts that qualify.
2. Select the email or text message. Type to filter the dropdown of messages you've already created. If you need a new one, create it in the Email Builder or SMS Builder first, then come back.
3. Configure notifications (optional). See Notifications below.

Add Additional Messages

Under your first message's module, click the blue plus (+) to add another email or text message.

Each new message is configured the same way: send date, send time, and the specific email or SMS to send.

Messages continue to execute in the order they appear, according to each message's send date and time.

Notifications

Notifications let Paminga alert you when something happens with a specific message. When you configure a notification, you're telling the system to notify a chosen recipient when the event fires.

Three notification types are available per message:

• When this branch executes — fires when the message is sent. For perpetual Drip Series, this fires every time the message is sent, even weeks after launch
• When this email is clicked — fires the first time a contact clicks any link in the email
• When this email is opened — fires the first time a contact opens the email

Notifications are configured per message, so you can be alerted for one message and silent for another — useful when a specific step matters more than the rest of the sequence.
