Create a Workflow with AI is in beta. It may not be turned on for your account yet. To request access, contact Paminga Support.
Describe the workflow you want in plain English: who it's for, which emails go out, and how far apart. Paminga IQ assembles it for you.
It finds the segment or emails you name, builds a new audience when you describe one, sets the waits between sends, and saves the result as a draft. You review and edit it in the regular Stepper before anything launches.
Creating a Workflow with AI is part of Paminga IQ and is available once Paminga IQ is turned on in AI Settings. Each run uses AI credits.
Describing Your Workflow
Use the button at the top of this page to open Create a Workflow with AI, then type into the chat. A useful request covers:
- The audience. An existing segment or marketing list by name ("the Webinar No-Shows segment"), or a description of who should be in it ("contacts in manufacturing who downloaded the pricing guide"). When you describe one, Paminga IQ builds the segment for you
- The emails, in order. Name existing emails. Paminga IQ looks them up in your account
- The timing. How long to wait before each send
- When to launch. A date in the future, or a phrase like "next Tuesday morning"
- Where it goes. The folder the workflow should be saved in
For example:
Build a drip series for the Webinar No-Shows segment. Send "Sorry We Missed You" right away, then "Recording Is Live" two days later, then "Book a Demo" five days after that. Launch it next Monday at 9am and put it in the Q3 Webinars folder.
The emails need to exist before Paminga IQ can sequence them. To have the emails written too, start from Create a Marketing Campaign with AI instead, which builds the emails and the workflows that send them.
Answering Questions
When your request leaves something open, Paminga IQ asks. Several questions can arrive together, and you answer them in a single reply. Questions with a few possible answers show them as buttons; longer lists show a searchable picker.
Paminga IQ never chooses a launch date for you. If you didn't say when to launch, it asks, and it accepts a date only when it can trace it to something you said.
Reviewing and Launching
When the workflow is complete, Paminga IQ saves it and posts a confirmation, such as Drip Series saved., with a button to open it in the Stepper.
The workflow is saved as a draft. Open it, check the Settings, Audience, Canvas, and Goals, and launch it as you would any workflow.
Coming Back to a Conversation
Each conversation has its own address, so reloading the page picks up where you left off. Conversations also appear under Recent in the top navigation as an AI Chat.
Click New Conversation to start a fresh workflow.
