When Your Form Is Submitted
You control what happens your forms are submitted. Paminga divides that process into two parts:
- What the prospect experiences
- What actions are taken in Paminga and/or in your connected CRM
Prospect Experience
You may redirect your prospect to a URL, present a "thank you" message, or accept a payment from your prospect.
Furthermore, you are able to alter the prospect's experience conditionally based on values they entered in the form, account and contact fields, and more.

Redirect prospects to different URLs based on:
- Values your prospect has entered into your form
- Lead/Contact standard and custom fields
- Account standard and custom fields
- The language of the prospect submitting your form

Rather than redirecting to a web page, you may choose to display a "thank you" message based on:
- Values your prospect has entered into your form
- Lead/Contact standard and custom fields
- Account standard and custom fields
- The language of the prospect submitting your form

Accept Payments with Cybersource by Visa
Cybersource, a Visa offering, allows you to securely collect payments online.
The "Cybersource Secure Acceptance" Action will redirect your prospect to Cybersource per your settings.

Merchant Defined Data
Cybersource allows you to pass additional information in the redirect from your form.
If you map a field here, Paminga pass it along to CyberSource for you.

Automated Actions
You may configure Paminga to take dozens of actions when your form is submitted.
You may have certain actions taken every time your form is submitted, while making other actions conditional based on prospect geography, values submitted in your form, your prospect's language, and more.
Setup Actions On-The-Fly
Choose the Global and/or Conditional Actions that will be executed upon form submission.
Global Actions
Global Actions are triggered every time your form is submitted. Paminga offers dozens of automated actions.
Conditional Actions
Conditional Actions are only triggered when the person submitting your form meets additional conditions of your choosing.
Use an Existing Action Set
Action Sets enable you to reuse a set of Global and/or Conditional Actions in multiple locations across the platform.
Example: Create purpose-based Action Sets and trigger them automatically from all Forms that share that purpose.
This gives you a single point of control to adjust actions across any number of Forms.
