Form Submission Export History
Form Submission Export History lists every form submission export run on your account. Use it to check whether an export has finished, see which conditions it used, and run it again without rebuilding it from scratch.
Find it under Marketing Center › Forms › Form Submission Export History, or click Export History in the left navigation while you're on the Forms or Form Submissions pages.
Form Submission Export History:

Export History is available to users who have the Export permission on Forms, in the Assets category of Permissions. The same permission controls the Export Form Submissions button. Users without it don't see the menu item, and opening the page directly tells them they don't have permission.
What Each Row Shows
The newest export is at the top.
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| File Name | The name of the exported file. |
| Status | Unprocessed (queued), Processing, Complete, or Error. |
| Created By | The email address of the user who ran the export. |
| Created At | When the export was started. |
| Export Conditions | Click View Conditions to read the conditions the export used, written out in plain text. The button is greyed out when the export had no conditions. |
| Clone | The Re-Do Export button. |
Re-Do an Export
Re-Do Export opens the export drawer with the original export's file name, conditions, and selected fields already filled in. Adjust anything you like, then click Export.
Choose the form (or all forms) and the date range again before you export. Neither is carried over from the original, which suits the most common reason for a re-run: the same export, for a newer period.
You can also start a brand-new export from this page with Export Form Submissions.
Downloading Your File
Export History tracks the export itself; the file is downloaded from elsewhere. When an export finishes, you can download it from:
- The banner that appears above the top navigation when the file is ready.
- The notification in your Notification Center.
- The Download Center, which keeps the file available after you've dismissed the notification.
