GTM

Beta Feature

GTM is in beta. It may not be turned on for your account yet. To request access, contact Paminga Support.

GTM is Paminga's social listening and prospecting pipeline for LinkedIn. It watches LinkedIn for the conversations your buyers are having, tells you which posts are worth your team's time, and turns the people who engage with those posts into qualified prospects for your Sequences.

It runs as two lanes that share one set of posts:

  • Posts. Your Searches find posts every morning. AI rates each one from 1 to 10. Your team comments on the best of them from Reply Guy.
  • People. The likers and commenters of those posts are pulled in, checked against your ICPs, tiered, and enrolled in the right Sequence, with Apollo finding an email address where one is missing.

Every step is visible and every step is adjustable. You can see why a post got its rating, why a person was set aside, and change the guidance the AI uses when you disagree with it.

GTM has its own item in the top navigation. Its menu (and its tab bar) follows the order of the flow: Overview, Posts, Reply Guy, Prospects, and Setup.

Before You Start

GTM needs a Harvest API key, which is what Paminga uses to search LinkedIn and read who engaged with a post. Until one is connected, GTM shows a prompt pointing you to Settings › Account › Integrations instead of its tabs. Harvest API bills your account for each page of results it returns.

The other connections are optional, but each one unlocks a step:

ConnectionWhat it does in GTM
Harvest APIFinds posts, pulls engagers, and looks up profiles and companies
ApolloFinds a prospect's email address at enrollment
SlackPosts a message for each person who shows buying intent
AI creditsPay for post ratings and for qualifying people

Setup › Connections shows which of these are connected. See Setup.

The Six Steps

The Overview tab lays the pipeline out as six numbered steps. Setup uses the same numbers, so it is always clear which settings steer which step.

#StepWhat happensWhere you work
1Find postsEach enabled Search sweeps LinkedIn daily at 6:00 AM CentralSetup › Searches
2Rate postsAI rates every post from 1 to 10 and reads the author's intentPosts
3CommentA person claims a post, comments on LinkedIn, and records itReply Guy
4Pull engagersLikers and commenters are pulled from posts that pass four rulesProspects
5QualifyFree checks, AI triage, Sequence history, and company fit set each person's tierProspects
6EnrollQualified people become Contacts and enter their ICP's SequenceProspects › Sequence queue

The Overview Tab

The Overview is a map of the pipeline with numbers on it. Each step row shows what it produced in the date range you pick (the last 7 days by default, up to 366 days), with smaller counts beneath that explain where things went: duplicates, posts by excluded authors, posts not in English, posts hidden below the cutoff, people set aside, people waiting on an email, and so on.

Blue numbers open the list behind them. From a list you can open any single post or person and read its trail: every decision the pipeline made about it, in order, and why.

Each row also links to the place you act on it (Open Posts, Open Reply Guy, Open Prospects, Open Sequence queue) and to its page in Setup.

Under the steps you'll find what the range cost, broken out by service, plus two charts: posts per day, and a per-Search breakdown. The header shows today's Harvest API spend against your daily budget, if you set one.

Needs Attention

When something is blocking the flow, a Needs attention panel appears at the top of the Overview with a link to the place that fixes it. It flags:

  • Posts flagged for discussion in Reply Guy, and how long the oldest has waited
  • An ICP with prospects waiting on it but no Sequence target
  • Automatic enrollment turned off while prospects wait in the Sequence queue
  • Searches with no topic, whose posts are being rated against a generic topic
  • Searches whose last run failed
  • The Harvest API daily budget being reached
  • Posts that have waited more than an hour for a rating, which usually means the account is out of AI credits

When nothing needs you, the panel isn't shown.
