Prospects

Beta Feature

GTM is in beta. It may not be turned on for your account yet. To request access, contact Paminga Support.

The people who like and comment on a relevant LinkedIn post are often closer to buying than anyone on a purchased list. The Prospects tab is where those people land: one row per engager, with who they are, what they said, whether their company fits one of your ICPs, and where they are on the way into a Sequence.

How People Get Here

When a post passes the rules in Setup › Pulling engagers, its commenters (and its likers, up to the limit you set) are pulled in. You can also pull them by hand from the Posts tab. Posts are checked again for new people after 1, 3, 7, and 14 days.

Each person then runs through the checks in Setup › Qualifying, in order. The first check a person fails sets them aside:

  1. Free checks. Seen on another post already, already a Contact, or a headline that names a competitor employer or a title you don't sell to.
  2. Engager Triage (AI). Reads the person's comment and headline, sets their intent to none, weak, or strong, and skips people who can never buy. A liker never has intent, since they didn't say anything.
  3. Sequence history. Already in a Sequence, said no, unsubscribed, bounced, or finished a Sequence recently.
  4. Company fit (AI). Matches the person's company to one of your ICPs, or to none.

What's left gets a tier:

TierMeaning
P1Fits an ICP and shows intent
P2Fits an ICP, no intent
P3No ICP; set aside

P1 and P2 prospects become Contacts and move on to enrollment.

All Prospects

Five tiles above the grid group prospects by what, if anything, they need from you. Click one to scope the grid to it:

TileIncludes
Being checkedPending and triaged people still moving through the checks
Waiting to enrollQueued for a Sequence
Needs youProspects with no Sequence target for their ICP, or no email address
EnrolledIn a Sequence
Set asideExcluded, duplicates, and people who should not be sequenced

The grid shows each person's name, the post they came from, source, intent, company, title, marketing automation platform (MAP), ICP, tier, status, rep, Sequence, existing Contact, and job change. The profile headline, comment, exclusion reason, and several dates are hidden by default; turn them on from the Columns menu.

The Engagers link on a post in the Posts tab opens this grid scoped to the people from that one post. Remove the People from one post chip to see everyone again.

Acting on a Prospect

ActionWhat it does
WhyOpens the reasoning behind the result: intent, tier, persona, company, marketing automation platform, ICP, and anything reused from your CRM
Enroll nowEnrolls a queued P1 or P2, or one waiting on an email, without waiting for the daily run
Reassign repChanges the rep the prospect enrolls under
Re-evaluateRuns the person through the checks again
Reject prospectRemoves the person from the pipeline, with an optional note on why
Flag the triage resultTells Paminga Engager Triage got this person wrong
Flag the ICP matchTells Paminga the company was matched to the wrong ICP

Flagged results appear on each AI judge's guidance page in Setup › Qualifying, next to the guidance you'd change to fix them.

The Sequence Queue

Switch to Sequence queue to see only the people on their way into a Sequence: queued, enrolled, and waiting on an email. Counts By rep and By Sequence sit above the grid. Click one to narrow the grid to it, or Show all reps and Sequences to clear it.

When automatic enrollment is on, the queue feeds each Sequence every day at 7:00 AM Central, up to that Sequence's daily cap, P1 first. When it's off, nobody enrolls until someone clicks Enroll now. See Setup › Enrolling.
