Templates
Templates is in beta. It may not be turned on for your account yet. To request access, contact Paminga Support.
Templates are your own library of proven assets: the Email layout your team always starts from, the webinar Landing Page that converts, the CTA that matches your site.
Save an asset as a Template once, and it becomes a starting point. When you use Build with AI to create an Email, Landing Page, or CTA, Paminga IQ chooses the best-fitting template to build on. It weighs your Templates alongside Paminga's own template library and favors yours when the two are equally relevant. The more good Templates you save, the more AI-built assets look like your work rather than a generic starting point.
Templates are part of Paminga IQ. Templates appears in the Marketing Center menu once Paminga IQ is turned on in AI Settings.
Saving an Asset as a Template
You can save an Email, Form, Landing Page, or CTA as a Template from two places:
- In the builder. Click Save as Template in the bottom control bar
- In the Finder. Right-click the asset and choose Save as Template
Either way, a dialog asks for:
| Field | What it's for |
|---|---|
| Folder | Where the Template is filed. Each asset type has its own set of template folders. |
| Template Name | How the Template is listed. |
| Description | What the Template is for. |
| Categories | Type a category and press Enter. Add as many as you like. |
| Tags | Type a tag and press Enter. Add as many as you like. |
A Template is a copy. Editing the original asset later does not change the Template, and editing the Template does not change the asset.
A clear name and an honest description matter more here than in most places. "Webinar invitation, single speaker, one CTA" tells both your team and Paminga IQ what the Template is good for. "Email v3 FINAL" tells neither.
Managing Your Templates
Go to Marketing Center › Templates to see every Template in your account.
The grid shows each Template's Name, Type, Description, Categories, Tags, and when it was Created and Updated (and by whom). It is sorted by most recently updated.
Use the Type filter to narrow the list to Email, Form, Landing Page, or Call to Action templates.
Previewing
Click a Template's name, or choose Preview this Template from its actions menu, to see it rendered without leaving the grid.
Editing
Choose Edit this Template from the actions menu. The Template opens in a drag-and-drop builder, where you can change it the same way you'd change any asset.
Deleting
Choose Delete this Template from the actions menu. Deleting a Template removes it from your library. Assets that were built from it are unaffected.
