Events Dashboard
The Events dashboard shows how your Events perform, whatever platform they run on. Events you create in Paminga and webinars synced from Zoom, GoToWebinar, or BigMarker all report in one place.
Look across every event in a date range to compare them, or pick one event to see the whole of it. Every number opens the list of contacts behind it, so the step from "who showed up" to "who gets the follow-up" is one click.
Find it under Reporting › Dashboards › Events & Social › Events.
All Events or One Event
Use the Select Event dropdown at the top of the dashboard.
- All Events (the default) reports on every event that starts inside the date range at the upper right. The range defaults to the last 90 days. Move the end date forward to include upcoming events and the registrations they have so far.
- One event reports on that event from start to finish, so the date range is hidden. The pencil icon next to the dropdown opens the event's details.
Mark either view as a favorite with the heart icon.
The Numbers at the Top
- Events: how many events start in the date range. (Not shown for a single event.)
- Registrants: the contacts who registered. A contact who registered twice for the same event counts once.
- Attendees: the contacts who attended, whether or not they registered first.
- Attendance Rate: the share of registrants who attended. Walk-ins are not in it, so it answers the question you care about: of the people who said they would come, how many did?
- Engagements: poll answers, Q&A questions, chat messages, CTA clicks, and handout downloads during the event.
Click Registrants, Attendees, or Engagements to see those contacts. Click Attendance Rate to see the no-shows: registrants who did not attend. That list is the audience for your "Sorry We Missed You" email (see When The Event Is Over).
Comparing Events
With All Events selected, the dashboard adds three views.
Events Table
One row per event: platform, status, start date, registrants, attendees, attendance rate, and engagements. Sort by any column. Click a row to open that event's dashboard.
Registrants & Attendees by Event Date
Registrants and attendees, grouped by the day, week, month, or year each event starts. The grouping follows the length of your date range. Click a bar to see the contacts for the events in that period.
Platforms
Registrants and attendees by event platform. Use it to see which platform fills seats and which one turns registrations into attendance. Click a bar to see that platform's contacts.
Engagement
The Engagement chart counts what attendees did during the event, by type, and how many contacts did each. Click a bar to see those contacts.
Engagement data comes from BigMarker today. Events on other platforms report registrants and attendees, with no engagement.
The Contacts Behind Each Number
Every drill-in opens a full-screen list grouped by contact. Each contact shows how many of the events in view they registered for, attended, and engaged with. Expand a contact to see each event on its own row. Click a contact's name to open their contact record.
Sort the list by Registered, Attended, or Engagements to find your most engaged contacts.
Who Sees It
The Events dashboard is available wherever Paminga's Events feature is. Accounts that use GoToWebinar with Paminga's classic features also keep the Webinars dashboard.
