Social Page Overview
The Social Page Overview brings your company pages' metrics into Paminga, pulled directly from LinkedIn and Facebook. See how your following grows, how much reach your page gets, and who your followers are, next to the rest of your marketing reporting instead of in another tab.
Find it under Reporting › Dashboards › Events & Social › Social Page Overview. It is also in the left navigation of Social Posting.
Pick a Page and a Date Range
Choose a page from Select a Social Media Account at the upper right. The list holds the enabled business pages connected to your Paminga user. Instagram accounts are not in it.
Pick a date range from the dropdown beside it: Last 7 Days, Last 14 Days, Last 30 Days (the default), Last 60 Days, or Last 90 Days.
The page's name appears under the dashboard title, with a link to the page itself.
Comparing to the Previous Period
Each stat box at the top shows its value for your date range and the percentage change from the period of the same length just before it. Total Page Followers is the exception: it compares your follower count at the start of the range with the count at the end. Hover the info icon on a box to see what the metric means and the two values being compared.
LinkedIn Pages
At the top: Total Page Followers, Page Views, Page Impressions, and Page Engagement.
Charts:
- Page Followers, Views, and Impressions over time
- Engagement: likes, clicks, comments, and shares over time
- Followers by Country, Followers by City, and Followers by Industry
- Views Vs Unique Views and Impressions Vs Unique Impressions
- Organic Vs Paid Follower Gains
- Views Vs Engagements
- Average Impressions and Average Views by day of the week, for deciding when to post
- Followers by Company Size
Views and impressions are not the same thing. LinkedIn counts an impression whenever your content is displayed on someone's screen; a view is a full display, the stronger signal of reach.
Facebook Pages
At the top: Total Page Followers and Page Impressions.
Charts:
- Page Followers and Page Impressions over time
- Fans by Country and Fans by City
- Reactions
- Average Impressions by day of the week
Each chart appears only when Facebook returns data for it, so a page with little activity may show fewer charts.
Switching Chart Types
Several charts switch between chart types. The demographic charts, for example, toggle between pie and bar.
