Choose exactly which fields sync, which direction they sync, and whether Paminga is allowed to write back to your CRM at all.

You Decide What Syncs
Most MAPs treat CRM field mapping as an implementation task — something that gets configured during onboarding and then requires help to change. In Paminga, field mapping is self-service. You control exactly which fields sync between your CRM and Paminga, and you control the direction each one syncs.
Pull this field's value from your CRM into Paminga. Uncheck it and Paminga will not touch it.
Allow Paminga to write to this field in your CRM. Uncheck it and Paminga will never update it.
Explicit Permission
Paminga does not create or update records in your CRM unless you have explicitly configured it to do so. There is no default behavior that pushes data upstream without your knowledge.
You configure sync actions deliberately, and Paminga executes exactly what you have defined. For marketing ops teams that inherited instances where the MAP was quietly overwriting CRM fields for years, this is a meaningful difference.
Always Current
Paminga connects to your CRM in real time whenever you view your field mappings. What you see is an accurate, live list of every field available to map — including any custom fields added since you last looked.
No stale field lists. No waiting for a scheduled sync to catch up.

Custom Fields
You do not need to pre-build custom fields in Paminga before you can map them. When you find a CRM field you want to bring over, click the plus icon and Paminga opens a drawer on the right. Create the field and map it in the same step.

Every CRM Integration
Whether you are running Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or IFS, the field mapping experience is the same: self-service control over what syncs, which direction, and when.
The Detail That Matters at Scale
As your instance grows, the number of mapped fields grows with it. Paminga lets you filter your field mapping view to show only mapped fields, so when you need to audit, troubleshoot, or update your configuration, you are working with a clean view of what is active.
