claimSocialListeningPostByUrl

Claims a LinkedIn post by its URL. A post that is not in Social Listening yet is added to the Comment Queue's "Added from LinkedIn" Search first, in the same step, so a refused claim adds nothing. The same refusals as claimSocialListeningPost apply.

Type

SocialListeningPostClaim object

One rep's hold on one post in the Comment Queue. While a claim is open, nobody else can claim the post and the rep cannot claim another post. A claim expires two hours after it was made. A claim does not change the post's status or assignees. The rep can flag an open claim for discussion. A flagged claim still holds the post, does not expire, and does not stop the rep from claiming another post.
