Claims a post in the Comment Queue for the signed-in user. Refused when the user already holds an open claim, when someone else holds this post, or when the post is no longer in the Comment Queue.

SocialListeningPostClaim object

One rep's hold on one post in the Comment Queue. While a claim is open, nobody else can claim the post and the rep cannot claim another post. A claim expires two hours after it was made. A claim does not change the post's status or assignees. The rep can flag an open claim for discussion. A flagged claim still holds the post, does not expire, and does not stop the rep from claiming another post.
