classifyProductContacts

Classify every Contact in the account against its Personas, on the queue. reclassify_all false looks only at Contacts never classified; true redoes them all past the cooldown — though never over a Persona somebody assigned by hand.

Refused while a run is still in flight, and refused when the account has no Personas.

One bulk run of the Persona classifier over a product's Contacts.

No Brand, unlike IcpClassificationRun: Personas are product-wide, so there is one series of runs per account and one can be in flight at a time.
