releaseSocialListeningClaim

Gives the post back. Closes the claim and returns the post to the Comment Queue unchanged. Only the claimer can release an open claim. Anyone can release a flagged one. Refused, and the claim closed as expired, when an open claim is older than two hours.

SocialListeningPostClaim object

One rep's hold on one post in the Comment Queue. While a claim is open, nobody else can claim the post and the rep cannot claim another post. A claim expires two hours after it was made. A claim does not change the post's status or assignees. The rep can flag an open claim for discussion. A flagged claim still holds the post, does not expire, and does not stop the rep from claiming another post.
