setMapMigrationAssetStepSkipped
Skip (or un-skip) one step of the Assets wizard.
Each step gates on the previous one having converted at least one asset, so without this a customer with nothing worth carrying of that type could never reach the next step — a trap rather than a gate. A skip both unlocks the next step and ticks this one, exactly as setMapMigrationRolesSkipped does.
Reversible, and non-destructive: no asset is touched, and a real conversion always outranks the flag. Skipping FORM is the consequential one — landing pages embed forms and emails link to landing pages, so anything converted later will reference forms that were never created in Paminga. The client warns about that before it calls this.
