startBrandSetup

Sets the Brand up from its website, filling only what is empty: a step whose output the Brand already has is skipped, and nothing anyone wrote is overwritten. Spends AI credits like running each discovery by hand. Refused while a setup for the Brand is running, and for a Brand with no website.

One "set up this Brand from its website" run: Brand Voice, ICPs, Brand Kit, Logos and — on the default Brand — Personas, each discovered by its own step. A new account gets one when it is provisioned; startBrandSetup runs one on demand, filling only what is empty.
