Patch a policy. config is validated against the policy's stored type, never a submitted one.

Type

EmailPreSendPolicy object

One customer-authored pre-send policy. It runs as the check policy.<type>.<id> on every email it applies to: the emails in its scope whose tags satisfy its tag condition (no condition = every email in the scope). type, scope_type and scope_id are set once; changing scope is delete + create. The tag condition may be changed.
