The time zone choices a contact or a segment condition may use.
Regions come first and are what a marketer reaches for — "Mountain Time" is several IANA zones, so it cannot be expressed by picking one. Individual zones follow, for the contact record (a person is in ONE zone, never a region) and for anyone who genuinely wants a single city.

Arguments
contactTimeZoneOptions.viewer_time_zone ● String scalar
The viewer's own IANA zone, used only to order the regions. Their saved setting takes precedence; send the browser's zone so a user who never opened Personal Settings still gets their own regions first. Ignored if it names no region.
