mapMigrationAssets
The product's convertible assets for a platform, path-ordered. The client attaches each as a leaf of its containing folder/program node.
in_scope_only narrows the result to assets whose containing folder is actually coming over, which is what the Asset phase converts from. The Structure phase needs the FULL tree (it shows what a graft would carry), so this defaults to false and callers opt in.
