One sequence task, by id, for Focus Mode's deep link from the sequence board.

Not scoped to the caller and not bounded by the due date, unlike myQueue: the board shows every rep's cards, including work that has not fallen due. The caller may read any sequence task in their product here. Whether they may act on it is can_work.
