CreateGlobalLayoutLibraryItemInput

Publishing a node to the Paminga shelf (product_id = NULL).

Deliberately a SEPARATE input and mutation from createLayoutLibraryItem rather than a flag on it: saving to your own Library and publishing to every customer's shelf are different acts, and a boolean is a poor place for that distinction to live. copy_type is absent because a shelf node is always copy-by-VALUE (§3.3).
