DashletPointInput

The part of a dashlet someone clicked: a bar's label value, both values of a stacked segment, a line point's date bucket, every dimension of a table row, or no values at all for a hero number. A part with a name also carries the row's identities from datasetRows, so the drill opens that record rather than finding it again by its label.
