PostChatMessageInput

Input for postChatMessage. Either chat_conversation_id (existing thread) or external_session_id (find-or-create thread by client-supplied session key) MUST be supplied. When creating a new thread via external_session_id, subject_type may also be supplied so the conversation is wired to its subject from the first message.
