AccountScoringRule

A fit rule: name, conditions and points. An account earns the points while at least one of its defined contacts matches the conditions, and loses them when none does. Fit is recomputed daily; nothing here accumulates.

The hidden segment that holds the rule's conditions. Nullable because it soft-deletes: a rule whose segment is gone never scores (the fit run skips it) and the editor shows it without conditions.
