CommunicationRunway

A runway: a stream of sends with a tier and a hold policy. Anything a workflow sends takes the workflow's runway; every other Send Email action picks its own, pre-filled with a default.

Set by an approver. A new runway sits at BROADCAST until it is activated.

CommunicationRunway.requested_tier ● CommunicationTier enum

The tier a team asked for, while the request is open.

CommunicationRunway.workspace ● CommunicationRunwayWorkspace object

Null: every workspace.

CommunicationRunway.owner_team ● CommunicationRunwayTeam object

Null: no team, so anyone who can edit the sending asset may pick it. Defaults never have a team.

Who is accountable for the runway.

CommunicationRunway.hold_limit_hours ● Int scalar

How long a send may be held, in hours from when it was first held. Null when the limit is a date (hold_limit_until) or the runway skips.

CommunicationRunway.hold_limit_until ● DateTime scalar

Held sends expire at this time instead of a number of hours.

CommunicationRunway.hold_until_event_start ● Boolean! non-null scalar

Also end a hold when the event the send is about starts. The hours limit stays the fallback.

CommunicationRunway.is_instance_default ● Boolean! non-null scalar

The policy's default for every send outside a workflow whose action picks no runway.

CommunicationRunway.is_transactional_default ● Boolean! non-null scalar

The policy's default for transactional sends. Always a TRANSACTIONAL runway.

The pre-fill for form Send Email actions.
