FlightBoardFlagRecord
One flag: a relationship between sends, or between sends and a blackout. Every send it involves
points to this one record, so both sides of a conflict or an overlap always say the same thing.
summary, body, detail and suggestion are plain text in which **double asterisks** mark
the names and numbers to emphasise, and [[send:<item id>|<name>]] names a send: the board
draws it with its tier chip, whose tooltip gives its team and runway. The name is for when the
send is not on the board (a filter took it away).

Fields
FlightBoardFlagRecord.id ● ID! non-null scalar
FlightBoardFlagRecord.kind ● FlightBoardFlag! non-null enum
FlightBoardFlagRecord.date ● Date! non-null scalar
FlightBoardFlagRecord.item_ids ● [ID!]! non-null scalar
Every send it involves. For RESERVED, the reserving send first, then the sends it holds slots ahead of.
FlightBoardFlagRecord.blackout_id ● ID scalar
The blackout a BLACKOUT flag falls inside.
FlightBoardFlagRecord.label ● String scalar
The shared badge on every involved send while it is in focus: '205K in both', '2.1K slots'.
FlightBoardFlagRecord.item_labels ● [FlightBoardFlagItemLabel!]! non-null object
Badges for sends that play a different part from the rest, in place of label: the sends a
reservation holds slots ahead of read "Held" with what it costs them ('1.2K').
FlightBoardFlagRecord.rows ● [FlightBoardFlagRow!]! non-null object
The flag at a glance, a row per send: what it does to each. The panel's table.
FlightBoardFlagRecord.summary ● String! non-null scalar
One line for the flag's tooltip, when no send's own line applies.
FlightBoardFlagRecord.item_summaries ● [FlightBoardFlagItemSummary!]! non-null object
The tooltip's line from each send's side, that send named first: hovering a badge shows its send's.
FlightBoardFlagRecord.body ● String! non-null scalar
The explanation, for the panel.
FlightBoardFlagRecord.detail ● String scalar
FlightBoardFlagRecord.suggestion ● String scalar
A better slot, when one exists. Conflicts arrive with an answer.
