A short qualifier shown after the numbers: 'hold until start', 'yields to T3'.

The runway it goes out on, for the send's details.

Every flag this send is part of: ids into FlightBoard.flags.

When its audience lands, in time order: on time, released from a hold, expiring or skipped, each held part naming its flag. Sums to its audience. Empty for a standing forecast.
