TimeZoneRegion

A named time zone region, such as Mountain Time. zone_count is shown beside the name so a marketer is not left wondering whether one choice covered Alberta.

Disambiguates regions that share a name, e.g. "Paris, Madrid" vs "Warsaw, Prague". May be empty.

`TimeZoneRegion.is_near_viewer` ● `Boolean!` non-null scalar

True when the region covers the viewer's own country. Regions are returned with these first, and in the order a marketer reaches for them — Eastern, Central, Mountain, Pacific — so nobody scrolls past Afghanistan to find their own time zone.
