If your CRM is Microsoft Dynamics 365, your MAP choice matters more than most vendors will tell you. The integration between your MAP and your CRM is where data quality, sync reliability, and your team's daily experience either come together or fall apart. This document covers what each platform actually delivers for Dynamics shops.

Dynamics 365 Integration

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Integration

Paminga

Paminga's Dynamics integration is native, built-in, and included on Pro and Enterprise plans at no extra charge. It supports Dynamics 365 cloud and legacy on-prem versions (2011, 2013, 2015, 2016, and 4.0 with reduced capability). Setup installs Paminga-branded iFrames and dashboards directly inside your Dynamics instance — lead scores, activity streams, traffic sources, and unsubscribe management visible without leaving your CRM.

Sync runs on a differential schedule, hourly by default, and can be shortened to five minutes on request. Custom object mapping is supported. Paminga also auto-writes lead score, attribution, and unsubscribe status back to Dynamics without additional configuration.

Adobe Marketo Engage

Marketo has a native Dynamics connector included across all tiers at no additional charge. It provides bidirectional sync for leads, contacts, accounts, and opportunities, and includes a Sales Insight panel that embeds marketing engagement data directly into sales reps' Dynamics dashboards.

Two costs worth knowing about:

Marketo places daily API call caps by tier (20,000–50,000 calls/day). Heavy CRM sync volume can exceed these thresholds, requiring additional API capacity purchases. The connector also requires a dedicated Dynamics user seat — one paid D365 license dedicated solely to the Marketo sync.

Community feedback from Marketo users suggests the integration solution package has not been meaningfully updated in several years. Setup complexity varies significantly depending on whether Dynamics is running cloud, on-prem, or through specific SSO frameworks, and typically requires a specialized IT or consulting team.

HubSpot Marketing Hub

HubSpot offers a native Dynamics connector free on all plans, with bidirectional sync of contacts, leads, accounts, and deals. Users report fast, code-free deployment and a visual field-mapping interface. For straightforward marketing-to-sales handoffs, the sync works well.

The contact tier cost trap:

When D365 contacts sync into HubSpot, they count immediately toward HubSpot's paid Marketing Contact tiers. Syncing a large historical database from Dynamics can trigger an unexpected and significant invoice increase.

The native connector handles standard objects only. Lookup fields, multi-select options, and complex custom entities are not supported out of the box — heavily customized Dynamics environments often require middleware (Power Automate, KingswaySoft) to bridge the gaps.

Ease of Use

Ease of Use

Paminga

Paminga was built around how marketing ops actually works — which means it is designed to be usable by the people running it, not just the people who built it. You do not need years of platform-specific training to move fast. The interface is built for the operator.

Adobe Marketo Engage

Marketo is a deep platform with deep complexity to match. It was built for enterprise marketing organizations with dedicated MOps teams and full-time admins. The learning curve is real. Moving fast in Marketo typically requires significant platform experience accumulated over years — it is not a tool someone can pick up and run campaigns in within weeks.

HubSpot Marketing Hub

HubSpot is widely regarded as easier to learn and navigate than Marketo. The interface is more intuitive for general marketers. The tradeoff is that the further you push it, the more often you encounter feature gates and tier limitations that require an upgrade to access.

Pricing & Feature Access

Pricing and Feature Access

Paminga

Paminga pricing is based on mailable contacts — you pay for what you actually use. Every feature is available on every account, regardless of plan tier. No feature gating. No add-on SKUs for capabilities you reasonably expect to use.

Pricing starts at $497/month

(Plus, 10k mailable contacts), $1,215/month (Pro), $1,458/month (Enterprise). Every tier includes every feature.

Adobe Marketo Engage

Adobe does not publish a fixed rate card for Marketo Engage. Pricing is quote-based, organized across four tiers (Growth, Select, Prime, Ultimate), and scales by database size. Specialized capabilities including ABM, predictive content, advanced attribution, and sandboxes require Prime or Ultimate. Add-on modules for Sales Insight and other tools carry additional annual cost.

Implementation, onboarding, and managed success services can add significant Year 1 cost above the license itself.

HubSpot Marketing Hub

HubSpot uses a tiered model (Starter, Professional, Enterprise) with published pricing. Professional starts at approximately $800–$890/month billed annually, including 2,000 marketing contacts. Enterprise starts at approximately $3,600/month with 10,000 contacts. Mandatory onboarding fees range from $3,000 (Professional) to $7,000 (Enterprise). Higher-tier features — including SSO, audit logs, advanced automation, and custom behavioral events — are gated behind Professional or Enterprise plans.

The D365 contact cost multiplier:

Contacts synced from Dynamics into HubSpot count toward paid Marketing Contact tiers. A large Dynamics database significantly increases HubSpot's monthly cost.

Support

Support

Paminga

Paminga's average response time on support tickets is two hours. Average close time is two days. This is not a premium tier or an add-on — it is how Paminga works for every customer at every plan level.

Adobe Marketo Engage

Marketo tiers its support by plan. Faster SLAs and dedicated support resources are available at higher plan levels and as paid add-ons.

HubSpot Marketing Hub

HubSpot tiers its support by plan. Priority phone and chat support are available at Professional and Enterprise. Lower-tier plans have more limited access to direct support channels.

SMS

SMS

Paminga

Paminga supports SMS marketing via a native Twilio integration. Customers need an active Twilio account to use this feature.

Adobe Marketo Engage

SMS capabilities in Marketo typically require third-party integration or add-on configuration. Native SMS is not included out of the box.

HubSpot Marketing Hub

HubSpot SMS marketing is available on certain Marketing Hub tiers. Availability and included volume depend on your plan level.

The Bottom Line

The bottom line for Dynamics shops

If your CRM is Dynamics 365, the integration story matters as much as the platform features. Paminga's native Dynamics integration is included, not an add-on, and is built to work across cloud and legacy on-prem environments without a dedicated IT team to stand it up.

Combined with no feature gating, mailable-contacts pricing, and support that responds in hours, Paminga is built for organizations that want a MAP that works with their stack — not one they have to build around.
