ResourcesSalesforce Integration for Admins

A Salesforce Integration Built Intentionally, Not Reactively

Every marketing platform claims a Salesforce integration. Here's what actually separates a well-behaved one from a liability sitting in your org — field governance, error visibility, and sync performance that holds up at scale.

Field Governance

You decide what syncs. Not a sync user's field visibility settings.

Field Mappings live inside Paminga as simple checkboxes. Marketing controls exactly which fields sync in each direction — no ticket required, no waiting on a change.

Worth Knowing

Marketo retrieves all fields by default; you lock fields down after the fact by adjusting visibility on the sync user. Paminga works the opposite way — it only pulls the fields explicitly selected. Nothing is exposed by default.

Access Scope

Access scoped to exactly what's needed

Authorization asks for three permissions — nothing bundled in, nothing hidden in fine print:

Identity URL access — confirms the connecting user

Manage user data via API — the actual sync calls

Refresh tokens — keeps the connection alive without re-prompting

Performance

Performance that doesn't make Marketing wait — or leave you with a backlog

Automated syncs run as often as every 5 minutes; individual records can be synced instantly from inside Salesforce.

Worth Knowing

HubSpot's native Salesforce connector is documented at roughly a 15-minute sync delay, with restrictions on syncing custom objects.

Errors & Visibility

Sync errors you can actually triage

A searchable, categorized error console — by direction, error type, entity, and who's affected — not a generic failure log. Clear one error or clear a thousand in a batch, once the root cause is fixed.

Governance built in: Salesforce can blank a field in Paminga by default when you clear it — but Paminga writing blanks back to Salesforce is off by default. You opt into that risk, not the other way around.

Marketing data, visible inside Salesforce itself

The managed package adds Paminga iFrames directly to the Lead, Contact, and Account layouts — Classic or Lightning — so reps and admins see engagement history without leaving the CRM. It also adds native fields to your reports and list views.
