Field Governance
Field Mappings live inside Paminga as simple checkboxes. Marketing controls exactly which fields sync in each direction — no ticket required, no waiting on a change.
Worth Knowing
Marketo retrieves all fields by default; you lock fields down after the fact by adjusting visibility on the sync user. Paminga works the opposite way — it only pulls the fields explicitly selected. Nothing is exposed by default.
Access Scope
Authorization asks for three permissions — nothing bundled in, nothing hidden in fine print:
Identity URL access — confirms the connecting user
Manage user data via API — the actual sync calls
Refresh tokens — keeps the connection alive without re-prompting
Performance
Automated syncs run as often as every 5 minutes; individual records can be synced instantly from inside Salesforce.
Sync cadence automated — down from a full-org batch job
Records synced Salesforce → Paminga, no backlog
Records synced Paminga → Salesforce, no backlog
Worth Knowing
HubSpot's native Salesforce connector is documented at roughly a 15-minute sync delay, with restrictions on syncing custom objects.
Errors & Visibility
A searchable, categorized error console — by direction, error type, entity, and who's affected — not a generic failure log. Clear one error or clear a thousand in a batch, once the root cause is fixed.
Governance built in: Salesforce can blank a field in Paminga by default when you clear it — but Paminga writing blanks back to Salesforce is off by default. You opt into that risk, not the other way around.
The managed package adds Paminga iFrames directly to the Lead, Contact, and Account layouts — Classic or Lightning — so reps and admins see engagement history without leaving the CRM. It also adds native fields to your reports and list views.
Live in your Salesforce instance in about 30 minutes. The integration itself has been in production for 10+ years, syncing millions of records daily — continuously refined and optimized the whole way through.
