Native. Self-Service.
Connecting takes a Spiro admin, an OAuth app, and a few clicks. Everything after that happens inside Paminga.
Built for Spiro directly. Companies, contacts, opportunities, campaigns, and users all sync. Spiro doesn’t have a separate Lead object, so everyone is a Contact and the actions work in terms of Contacts.
Create the authorization in Spiro, paste the Client ID and Secret into Paminga, approve, and choose what syncs. No consultant and no ticket.
Run a full sync anytime and watch each object progress in real time. After your first one, Paminga checks Spiro about once an hour and pulls only what changed.
Complete Control Over What Syncs
Two checkboxes on every field: Sync from Spiro and Sync to Spiro. Checked means that direction syncs. Unchecked means it doesn’t. Unmapped fields never move.
Companies, synced as Accounts and matched by name
Contacts, matched by email
Opportunities, including pipeline and stage
Campaigns and campaign membership
Users, so ownership stays meaningful on both sides
Standard and custom fields, with picklist values translated
Create or update contacts
Create opportunities
Log activities on the contact timeline
Create reminders for reps
Add contacts to campaigns
Only when an action fires
Pick the objects you want: Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Campaigns, Campaign Members. Users and picklist options come along automatically, because ownership and picklist translation depend on them.
Every mappable custom field in your Spiro org shows up on its own. Map it to a Paminga field, or create the Paminga field right from the mapping screen. No separate trip, no admin ticket.
Picklists and multi-picklists translate by label in both directions. The mapping dropdown only offers type-compatible fields, so a picklist can’t land on a number field by accident.
Paminga only writes to Spiro when you tell it to. Records are created and updated through actions you configure. Empty fields on one side never wipe values on the other unless you turn that on.
Opportunities
Spiro designates every stage as open, won, or lost. Paminga honors that designation. Open stages sit in your pipeline at their default probability, won closes at 100%, lost closes at 0%, and forecast categories follow.
You never maintain the stage list by hand. The first time a sync sees a new Spiro stage, Paminga provisions it automatically. Change a stage’s designation in Spiro and the next sync updates it, along with the opportunities sitting in it.
Close dates are real close dates, including on your first full sync. Deals won long before you connected keep their true close dates in your reporting.
Triggers & Actions
Fire Spiro actions from form submissions, workflows, contact imports, lead score thresholds, and anywhere else actions run. High-intent form comes in at 2pm, and the rep has a timeline entry, a reminder for tomorrow morning, and an opportunity in the right pipeline before anyone touches it.
Matched by email. Existing contact gets updated, new one gets created along with its company. Choose who owns new contacts: Spiro’s default owner, a specific Spiro user, or the owner currently assigned in Paminga.
Creates the opportunity on the contact’s company in the pipeline and stage you pick, with amount, a potential close date, and custom field values. A matching opportunity is created in Paminga too, so your reporting sees it right away.
Logs a timeline entry on the contact in Spiro with a disposition, subject, and description you define. “Submitted the Pricing form” instead of “Marketing activity.”
Schedules one or more reminders for the contact owner, with dates relative to when the action fires. Want a cadence? Add multiple reminders and space them out.
Adds the contact to a Paminga Marketing Campaign and, when it has a linked Spiro List, adds them to that list in Spiro too. Changes made to list membership in Spiro sync back to the campaign.
Common Questions
Create an authorization in Spiro (you’ll need Spiro admin access), paste the Client ID and Secret into Paminga, approve, and choose your objects. Then run a full sync.
Run a full sync anytime from the Sync Status page. After your first full sync, Paminga picks up Spiro changes about once an hour, fetching only records that changed. Re-running a sync is safe because records are matched, not duplicated.
Only when an action fires: a form submission, a workflow step, a contact import, or any other place actions run. The record is written to Spiro the moment the action fires.
Spiro doesn’t have a separate Lead object. Everyone is a Contact, so Paminga’s Spiro actions work entirely in terms of Contacts.
Deletes never propagate in either direction. A contact deleted in Spiro leaves the integration’s synced list on the next sync, but the Paminga contact and its history stay intact.
Yes. Once a contact or account is synced, its Paminga detail page shows a link straight to the matching record in Spiro.
